To achieve the goals of the RTB philosophy, training is necessary. Everyone who will work on the construction site should have undergone a training course on how to implement the RTB philosophy in practice.

The builder is recommended to use this as a qualification requirement for the contractors.

When you have completed this course, you will receive a course certificate that can be used as documentation for the employees in the company/project who have expertise in how RTB should be used in practice.

The course takes about 1-2 hours to complete and consists of text and questions must be answered along the way to show that the content of the course has been read and understood.

Finally, there is a test that must be passed in order to receive a course certificate. The questions in this test are all taken from the repetition questions during this course. 18 out of 30 questions (60%) must be correct for the test to be passed. The student has as many attempts as necessary to pass the test.
